Time will tell, unless they structure it in such a way to distribute the 44m shares across a number of holdings to remove the need for 5%+ disclosure.
If someone has outplayed Bruce and the Board to such an extent, I think that's a long term bullish signal.
If Bruce and Co have not been outplayed but are infact architects in this matter then I think that's also a bullish signal. They're getting their mates, or a strategic investor the "in" that's needed.
