Obviously not all holders share that sentiment. Look at what the holders said: the below screen shots show that holders think negatively of delisting, they cite people discussing it as motivated to "scare holders", and they labelled it as "armageddon".

Have you considered if delisting has any impact on whether or not they will be able to guarantee further funding for their lawsuits? I think it makes the chances AVZ get funding, less likely. Also... have you considered the implications of the DRC not "complying" with orders already made? If the financer does not see a chance of a return, they are probably less likely to fund in my opinion. Common sense to me.

For example, once delisting occurs, I believe there is a high likelihood some shareholders will purge their shares for possibly $0/share.
