It's not, except that keeping this particular MD is more negative than losing him, so in relative terms it's less negative. Credibility issues that have moved way past the usual stuff Hot Copper posters whine about. Escalating ASX (likely ASIC) investigation into disclosure and reporting anomalies - position has become untenable.
