AZS had 2 take over offers
One was the Scheme of arrangement at $3.70 (SQM + Gina)
The second was a fall-back off-market offer, which i think was $3.50 (SQM only) - this would immediately take effect if the scheme of arrangement failed. They put that in place incase Gina ruined the deal (learning from the LTR mistake)
The scheme of arrangement is now effective ($3.70 SQM + Gina) - so the fall-back offer needed to be withdrawn
The takeover of AZS by SQM + Gina is effective and today will be the last day of trading AZS shares
