I haven't read the prospectus yet and I didn't see anything in the earlier announcements about director options.
Even so, not all directors participated and for those that did, the benefit of less dilution if options are voted down will probably outweigh the benefit of those options. For me, I think that the benefits are around equal weight either way so It's easy for me to prefer to see them get voted down.
