hostile takeovers are really hard to do without something like 90% of control. Currently asx listed PGH is trying to do one and they have 87% of the shares but still can't compel holders to sell without offering a decent price.
side note - really decent volume of trades going on at the moment. Daily turnover of between $500k and $1M is huge for a company with a market cap of $40M.
there are some very interested parties vying for control of SRX.
