Heads are on the chopping board over this. Just up on seek FML are looking for a new senior processing operator. Sounds like this could be a bad hire not knowing what they are doing fingers crossed.
First line of the job description is -
”The Senior Process Operator contributes to the optimised performance of the fixed plant operations by safely and efficiently operating and troubleshooting plant components such as crushers”
