You are not reading the 'loan agreement' or 'contract'... you are reading a very simple summary table produced and released by HAS. Trust me when I say nobody lends $150M on a one page simple table. The real contract is probably 100 pages long with all sorts of definitions and legalese about the where, what, when, remedies etc of the loan.
A loan is a loan and needs to repaid at maturity, that's a given and the maturity date is in the HAS table. The Wyloo option to convert into shares instead (ie at lenders choice) is an clause normal laons don't have, and is also in the table. investors were sold a "strategic investment" so I understand their desire to read the table to suit their investment, but Im very confident their just seeing what they want to see... not reality.
