Getting those shares out at a good speed. They went from 78-99.5% ownership after the final report was released. I can't recall the exact figures, but with the shares issued to the chinese I think there was roughly 500M bullzeye. 21% of that is 105M. 105M=26.25M EMR shares
In the last week they issued around 23.5M in relation to the offer.
So ball park, there's about 2-5M left, and that'll be it all done.
