CE in July crux interview and the most recent stood on his soap box and clearly said and intentionally implied how proud he was of his efforts that a need for dilution is no longer a "concern" for SH as like he negotiated with Osisko there was now a greater scope to raise funds through offtake and royalities. He left no doubt in my mind that a CR would not be an option and he used thevwords we were now in a fortunate position "in the future" to enable this again when we needed the cash.
