Lol Toly, hell would freeze over before MP actually refused USG$, the fact that HRE barely registers as trace at MtP and they have no recognised alt supply would be more to the point, not a snowball's of setting up commercial Tb/Dy production.

To the contrary most commentators still grossly underestimate the HRE resources at MtW, particularly the high xenotime zones in the former Duncan section, imagine these will be a target of recent infill drilling.

Annual China production Tb approx 600t, Dy 2400t, based on the May 2019 presentation Lynas will add +12% to that, at a minimum sufficient to meet current ex China mag manufacture. While Lynas has advised it won't add major revenues or profits it will provide a solid base for ex China NdFeB expansion.

While NTU often touted as a major HRE resource the former Duncan zone actually has higher grades of Tb/Dy & a larger resource, together with the fact it is effectively mined as a by-product of NdPr.
