my point is he can’t do anything while MD.
so he doesn’t care much for what the SP is doing day to day.
its only a problem when doing CR.

this problem can be overcome by having a strong plan with disciplined execution.
which is his real problem …. And where I see small red flags with BOD governance and MD competence. Some MDs and BODs think they are smarter than everyone …. Get cute, try and do things like go slows, hide costs, out foxing gov, weird 6 month long CR, don’t disclose timelines etc etc…. They just get tangled.
Discovery announcement should have included clear timeline for flow test, got to keep the pace on (it probs didnt cos no $$…. See above)

now SM should stay in role, but never forget he is paid well and paid to deliver SH returns. We are here due to BOD and MD actions. They need to be held accountable. Accountability doesn’t equal justification and reasons ….. which was presented in fireside chat.

in short SM get on with it.

non of this takes away the potential of company … just means it will take longer and be more painful than needed ….. some will say, a good opportunity to buy more at low SP.
