This SE2/3 debacle is smelling-at least a wift- of improper or too hasty procedure.
A mistake brought on by over confidence due to previous run of success.
And maybe distraction as a consequence of a lack of focus due to the failing brewery.
Whatever the reason it seems to be an avoidable mistake.
STX should be more open as to how a billion $ drop in MC came about.
