My only comment re the movement of 2 operatives from the company is that it is simply 'a given' that people are regularly being moved on, enticed or compelled by circumstances that are often personal once they have experience at whatever level they have operated in.
In short, nothing unusual. (As an example I have seen this within the mining industry where my daughter has worked for different companies for some years.)
