I think the timing of release depends on which page you read. Yahoo suggest in the period 3/5/2024 -> 7/5/2024; StockAnalyst suggests 14 May. Maybe they will report tonight (AEST)...
They have lodged fairly detailed documentation with SEC. Per the scheme implementation deed, I think it interesting that the 'break fee' is US$2.4m ... in the scheme of things not overwhelming.. With this in mind, I'm not sure how 'de-motivated' either party will be in the event of a material swing in either companies fortunes and/or share price.
