It's not about bagging him or the BOD out, it's just pointing out where genuine mistakes have been made. He might have done 8 things right and 1 thing wrong, but that 1 thing needs to be pointed out. It doesn't mean he's not doing his job. We are the owners of this business so he and BOD are accountable to us in the same way that I'm accountable to my employer
