all I said was, that I got the impression it was her idea. this was not confirmed point blank. it is amusing that my assumption is now taken as gospel when the facts I have posted previously are been totally sh!t canned the last few days.

things can and do change quickly in business.

in the end we will have 154 million shares on issue on an asset worth potentially several billion. the upside is still largely intact.

the company will also have $40mill in the bank so we can extract that value from a non desperate state.

like I said, I was pissed off at first, but can now see the merit in the strategy after viewing it from the boards view and not the short term affect on my bank balance. I am critical of CE privately directly to him when I feel the need for constructive criticism.

I am not going sit around here being negative. It does nothing to help my investment. there are half a dozen people in here who are extremely toxic. You have made your point, but do we need to hear it 30 times a day ?
