Should have released details of the first one if it actually exists and announced it had been rejected. SP goes up, CR. But it is very unlikely any such offer was formally made. More likely someone had too many reds on the last junket, told CE he'd pay $100m for 30% then promptly passed out at the bar and forgot about it.
