Just looking at communications from the company or lack thereof it's understandable some may be playing things safe and taking short term profits. By putting out an announcement to support the CR about February sales at a record just shy of $1 million for the month it seems reasonable to expect a follow up when they crack a million. That's yet to happen so some may be getting edgy until the company provides some clarity.
