Hello. Hamas has not vowed to wipe Israel off the map. Hamas only said this years ago when they were an Israeli proxy. But Hamas changed their doctrine to a two state solution.
Regardless of this, Hamas cannot wipe Israel off the map. Its like saying an ant will kill an elephant.
