The original crushing circuit specified in the report is a 3-stage process.
Original plant capacity was 2000 tpd equivalent to ~730ktpa.
I'm guessing it was the original "Goldfan" crushing circuit that was replaced with the Weir TRIO crushers (jaw and cone types presumably) by Como in the 2010 refit. Given these were refurbished in the 2023 TMH plant refit, then I'd assume FML have approached Weir for recommended solutions for the wear parts.
