It doesn't matter other than not selling your soul to gain a dollar whilst trying to avoid dilution. Partnership or JV for say 30% of the cpy which means they will own 30% of IGV gives cashflow but future investors don't like seeing they are buying into 70% ownership and after all its still dilution but unless there is captial to make every notice Razporback we'll jsut lay dormant and backwards.

In the end it really doesn't matter in the big picture of things. We can't stay afoat on our own living on bread and butter so welcome any arrangement that attracts big players and moves this forward whilst the world and our own Govt is in earnest for greens teel. It's still a long path and this is cheap as chips regardless.
