A final point from me is I think it’s worth settling in your mind ‘what good looks like’ in terms of growth.
ie if this report is materially less growth than ‘65%’ like from Feb figures up 10-20% in only a few months is that really bad and the cause to reassess or a fantastic result relative to early stages in the journey that can continue to compound and will grow faster still as new sales team gets upto speed.
I can hear it now “they ‘only’ got 35% growth in the last few months its slooowwwing down’
