Given how remarkably rattled Owens was when pressed with my question during their investor webinar some months ago, I became confident in this outcome which has only grown in my eyes given recent developments in taking full control over their REE project, their Q3 PEA on their JORC compliant resource, and now their rapidly falling SP, among our 15+% position. The Narumbara project is substantial in land claims of around 400km2 with only an inch being drilled out, plenty of future upside potential, grades are relatively good for a clay deposit, almost having the full suite of elements is very good, around 14 or 15 of the 17, and can be leached at ambient room temperatures of 30c or less if memory serves. Further met improvements are likely as well. To pull a quote from Don, "heads we win, tails we win" IMO.
