Robb's video on CBA was as usual VERY interesting and helpful as was the bit on DML. We were playing around with DML this morning. But no-one has actually answered my question about divergence - is it legitimate to look at divergence where the divergence is only slight - I suppose the answer is it's a weak signal but the slighter the divergence the weaker the signal - raving a bit here but it's wine time.
Since I'm raving anyway - let's talk about stress. You guys think that trading is stressful - we got the ultimate stressful call on Monday. Number two son - love him dearly - is doing the HSC - probably the most important exam of his life and on Monday the school rings -
" ...... the English exam begins in ten minutes and A... has not yet arrived at school"
"OMG"
Hang the trading and search for the son - how can he NOT have arrived at school - I took him to the station myself.
Turns out that Mr Cool didn't want to wait around too long outside the exam building, and hadn't bothered to check the train timetable so just arrived at the station on spec and then when the train was ten minutes late anyway didn't get too stressed because well it's ONLY THE HSC after all!
Considered murdering him and decided to give him a big hug instead. Trading is out of the question for the next week -I've decided I already have enough stress in mylife.
