Muchea is years away and lots more money to be spent. ASN is certainlky closer than muchea. The EPA process for Muchea would have to play out from the beginning (2-3 years). That would depend on the arrogance of management as to whether they answer the epa questions the first or 3rd time.
In fact, given the dire cash (crash) flow, I would suggest pausing Muchea and going into a temporary lockdown to spend as little as possible until the epa says yay or nay. Things like money spent going to Singapore was a waste of space (when cash is an issue).
I'm all for fostering growth and never lying still but in this case given there is only minimal cash available, preservation is the number one priority. I mean, what happens if the epa says NO to the vdt method of rehab. That would set VRX back at least a year and lotsa $. imho & dyor
