Interesting indeed, what we have to consider is RIO could preempt this deal b4 its finalised by making a takeover offer or other since it is not finalised probably an out clause by either party until it is, just my opinion.
Anyway certainly has put the pressure on RIO and beneficial 4 S/holders yippee.......
