I think 100m is too high and it will be a fair bit lower.
however I agree we need funding / partnership regardless
the difference in your opinion vs my opinion is exactly the uncertainty that is hurting the share price. if you are right about a CR, sell now as a cap raise will be a disaster. I don't thank any IB will backstop it.
Jv of some sort is possible if fda gives us the green light but I think it's too soon.
therefore we are left with a debt structure of some sort.
