If the current operator, a major oil company, asked to do that, most likely I would agree. But, are oil companies willing to do that? Aren't they pushing the narrative against EVs?
Otherwise I would have to find an operator/investor to do it. He would have to do his sums - and weigh up the cost of an expensive charger vs the number of people who set off on a long distance drive before remembering to fill up.
If it was on a highway, at least 100km from a major city, I would try to do it myself - I think that might be very profitable.
