Companies don’t raise capital when they need to, companies raise capital when they can. Big difference .
If a big player or an Insto who specializes in CR’s present an opportunity to shore up finances then they take it and just spin the dialect to their favor. Retail holders are simply at their mercy.
The current climate for small companies especially Bio’s to raise capital would be incredibly challenging therefore the challenge for management is to limit dilution. IMO.
