Apart from the irritation of not receiving the paperwork one could just click on the links in the announcements and bpay if one was interested. Given it was an underwritten issue the mgmt probably didn’t pay too much attention to the retail issues.
The market too presented many days of opportunity below the CR price. IMO it still is not too late. If one believes a minimum buyout of $4-5Bn is on the cards, it’s still a 4-5X ROI in 1-2 years if things play out (could be higher ROI or sooner than 1 year).
