Yeah by the time AMS starts trading it will have 13M MC and SP 2c. You couldn't make this stuff up, a company went from 400M MC to 13M, solely due to fraudulent activities that the BOD was participating in and multiple court cases and settlements as well as reputational damage events.
None of those events got anything to do with the product that AMS is selling, the products are great.
The problem is, instead of full BOD removal plus formal investigation, they chose to retain the BOD and then bring back the head perpetrator of those events back in to run the company, again.
You could make this stuff up, people were complaining about CR at 10c when SP was 16c well....now they are raising at 2c when the SP was 6c. AMS management treats its shareholders as disposable fodder to main their own salaries.
Remember the main goal of running public listed companies is to profit the shareholders. Where is a single ounce of a hint of profit? None at all. Inflated salaries at the SHs expense. This is a financial and corporate fraud that is playing out right in the public view and noone cares too much.
Remember those two CEO CTO resources that are coming just crashed AMS share price by 60% and set themselves a price of 2c. They do not care about the SHs, if they did they'd attempt to recover the SP by buying on the market which likely with $2M worth of share purchases each would have resulted in SP rising to mid teens, at least in the short term. Definitely better than crashing the SP to 2c and giving yourselves a 70% discount.
