Interesting. Speculation only, but the address of this Delevery is the same as the future motors in India that partners woth VMT, Bosch motors and references to German engineered (E-max) also the model U1 seems like a mix of bits from Vmoto VS models (fleet) and the Super Soco DUx (available in the Philippines), so it may have remote links back to VMT after all, have you got links to the australian reference?
Re the Philippines profile l, their vmotosoco website directs to a scummy looking news page on instagram... definitely something they must address!!
