The message i picked up from this interview is that despite all the discussions with potential off-take partners etc, the ex-China premium required for IXR to be feasible exceeds the premium off-take partners are prepared to pay to shift from their current China supply to IXR. I don't see any significant off-take deals occurring any time soon while the rare earth market is depressed. I expect IXR will be telling the same story at the next Crux interview.
