I think we can probably agree that all the announcements have been fluff and carried little substance. As strange as the deal is with Realtek it has been well played by them. Like you say, a lot of their investment has been returned to them through the $6m spend from NUH and now it looks like a forgone conclusion that they are going to pick up NUH (whether they actually want it or not is another matter) for the price of the note. Tricky keeps asking why Realtek didn’t takeover NUH previously. The simple answer is that this has been cheaper. The fantasy that this will trade again as more efficient and streamlined company is just that.
