I note that Energy Fuels recently purchased/invested $300mill consideration into BSE's Madagascar's project.

To me, this suggests to me that Energy Fuels must be v confident the government's mining rules/Reg's are going to improve right - Why else would this invest such a large portion of their own market cap?!

@thecrabpest - it seems u have been in AKO for some time and are well read of the Madagascar situation. Are u optimistic re the mining situation in Madagascar , or have u seen this kind of promises before go now where ? thanks

am I right to say that if the situation continues as it is, AKO will never be able to mine the project even if they get the funding?
