    "I’m sure they always know much more than us" - Albo dosen't know the price of milk and interest rates though, it'd be funny if it wern't a joke. If the West does have a plan, then it would be through 50-100%+ tarrifs on Chinese produced REE exports, which isn't in the 'worlds' best interest yet. 2028-2032 would be the time to do so if at all given expected global demand increases/supply deficits IMO.
