In this case though AR main fault has been too slow, not spend money when needed. Example with IO spike. Needed Project Manager who would have known early about the part from Germany being needed that took 6+ months to get here and cost us $5m-$10m cash.
The only reason I'm positive now is he's spending money to speed things up (example extra drill team for Stage 2 drilling Jupiter and new senior geologist).
