Remember the fluid dribbling down the side of the twin towers from the levels where the planes entered the buildings Moggs? That was molten alloy.
Or do you claim both planes flew out the other side ? If a highrise building made of a few internal steel collumns, lots of thin cladding and glass, and a central structure to house the lifts and stairwell's can obliterate 2 passenger airlines in their tracks leaving very little trace of them, especially after an inferno, then why couldn't the Pentagon which is build from stone to withstand an attack? Did you expect the plane to bouce off it and be sitting on the lawn with a scratch on it's nose cone?

So you are saying that the explosion totally disintegrated a 757 but could not scratch a filing cabinet or blacken the walls.. Your video shows the explosion coming from the first floor and yet the nearby windows are intact.
You really have to work on your powers of observation and logic
