GY what are your views on the expiry of bit 225 patent risk? I raised it before, but got shot down by another poster who implied that it it's an automatic extension of 9 years, upon request. Having spoken to a mate who's an attorney in patent law in NY, I understand it's a bit more complex than that.
considering the fact this company moves at glacial speed, and the patent expires in 3 years, do you think that would be of concern?
