I question fisher as spec play even during a bull market as the only specs that re-rate hard during a bull market are the ones that can deliver epic drill intercept headline announcement type stuff. something like 150m @ 1.7g/t from surface
market doesnt generally like tiny exploration targets like fisher with spotty turd hits, crap orebody, with no grade continuity. not to mention very high strip ratio.
