I think $20 kg is pretty expensive.
We would go for a leg of lamb and then have the cold meat for lunches.
We have a slow cooked lamb shoulder recipe using middle eastern spices. Goes into the oven at 120 C for about 8 hours.
Yummy, but lamb shoulders are often quite expensive relative to better cuts.
