there was a eace treaty with Chechnya that ended the first Chechen war .....that russia tore up .....which is why Ukraine would never trust any agreement with them - putin hasn't kept one yet ...with Ukraine (a couple ) with Georgia , with Chechnya and regarding not dealing aerms with NK .
and those 1,000 troops sitting in Transnistria are an invasion of Moldoiva as Transnistrai IS their territory . And the troops in Syria are as much an invasion as Vietnam for the yanks .....inviteed in , BUT no right really to interfere in another countries politics .
