You're misunderstanding the mechanism. It's not just "a 10% discount" - it's tens of millions of shares at a guaranteed discount to a party who wants to sell as quickly as possible to realise the discount and thus make their profits. If you can't figure out how disastrous that will be for the share price, no one can help you.

Also, you're misquoting me (again) about Big Sandy. For anybody who wants to know what I said, the post is here: https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/64415283/single. The stock was trading at 8.5c and I copped all the usual vitriol from people too married to their investment to be able to listen to a calm rational voice. Since that post they've done a complete pivot and gone and bought another project in another country. No surprises Big Sandy barely gets a mention these days, it's all about PL now, fam! You can sledge away but hopefully some on this thread following along can see how bad these ATM facilities can be.

This company has more red flags than a communist convention.
