absolutely, 2 idiot with no stake in company stock think themself have right to represent shareholders to have a legal challenge with regulators ( EX-chair just have a few company shares),who they think they are? specially Robbie cooke not worthy a penny for star shareholder, destroyed shareholders capital, not mentioned get paid 1.6 million annually. even this idiot work 24 hours , 7 days a week still worthless. need do the right thing, not do the thing right!
