Based on some anecdotal posts on Facebook, some patients could not go all the way to the max dosage and were happy to stay at a lower level while not triggering diarrhoea and still seeing the benefits. I am wondering if there is any plan to increase the drug pricing based on the current recommended dosage OR maintaining the drug pricing while lowering the recommended dosage (ie increasing the unit costs). It would make sense in my view if dosage compliance is low in the real world
