He definitely leaves with himself well positioned. Here’s what his total remuneration was each year:
FY2021: $124,647 (joined halfway through)
FY2022: $398,537
FY2023: $443,681
Given he’s not completely stepping down until after 30 June, you can safely assume for FY2024 he’ll earn at least $400,000 again… so his total for the 3.5 years will be >$1,373,500.
