    Thats issue at 92 cents was already in the wind.

    'Shares issued in consideration for cash funding
    of STG464,800 to advance the CDI program.
    The CDI program was acquired from Prolysis
    Limited in November 2009'

    If the money going to product development I dont mind so much.
