Agree with your last sentence - the wink wink though, remember the sh1t storm we had previously around that being implied and Avi being convicted - I would prefer they avoid that scenario……
Anyway we wait and see what happens, I do feel as though they’ve played their hand. The SP will be capped (probably by think equity) I would prefer they didn’t use them, and we will see what we see.
What could be nice would some shares being held in escrow as part of the IPO, it means they can’t be flipped for a quick profit and makes buyers pay on market with a bit less liquidity, hopefully meaning SP appreciation as we realise fair value
