How do you come to that definitive conclusion? China remains to be the main producer and processor of REE. Until China loses that dominant position in the REE market, they will continue to have significant influence and impact on the market. But currently market situation with REE may have more to do with depressed sentiment with EV sales outlook. I hope it will turn around soon. It was interesting to see the latest upward trend in the NdPr pricing.
